Really really stressed. Things are tough at work and our son is not well at all.(depression) Trying to get him to a doc this week. It has been nearly a week since I called the doc and we've gotten the run around from phone call to phone call trying to get him in for an appointment. It shouldn't be this hard.
Had an okay weekend, food-wise. Went out on Father's Day with some friends and had pizza and beer and came home to ice cream and cake! It was my "feast day" for the week.
Increased all my weights at the gym after about 8 weeks of the same routine with the same weights. I'm seeing some progress- I have biceps now! IS there any way to lose the saggy bat wings, though? Or will I have them for life? I've added triceps exercises 3 days a week. Yuk.

Off to spinning class..

i use toning bands for my bat wings and they help a bit. The most effective move is the one whereby I reach down to the middle of my back as though I am trying to scratch an unreachable itch.
