My weight loss will slow down when I get to my typical starting weight of 313. I know its not muscle/water weight bc I am eating plenty of protein and drinking plenty of water.
I overdid fats yesterday bc I ate two mcdonalds sausage patties, which were not on the primitive plan. I just wanted them.
I may have to step up my protein and shave a bit off my fat grams. I am not doing any exercise right now (messed up foot and back) so I dont think my protein requirements are mega high anyway.
In a danger situation bc I'm hungry, not in the mood to cook, and have nothing planned. I gotta get with it.
