Happy Tuesday, buddies!!! Hope your day is going well so far! I woke up to a beautiful morning (a little cloudy but oh well), a 1 1/2 mile walk surrounded by mother nature (it was supposed to be my run/walk day per my couch to 5k, however I ate junk last night so I felt bogged down). Yep, you read right, I ate junk....a mushroom and swiss burger and french fries. Barf!! The only thing I can say is at least it wasn't fast food, but still....I know better. It was so good though, ahh, so good! So, I went over my RDI by like 200 cals, only netting a little under a hundred (thank goodness I walked yesterday too!). I was seriously surprised it wasn't less...but it happens right? I'm making up for it today, that's all that matters now, let's push on fellow weight managers!!! Onward and upward!!!
