OK, FS-ers, What the best/easiest way to measure Body Fat?
How much Body Fat should a 55 year old woman be carrying?
And, on a different note, if I am hoping to tone up (lots of sags and jiggles, esp. in the belly and leg and rear regions) then what is the best ratio of carbs/protein/fat in my diet? Currently, I am eating mostly veggies and lean meats, some fruit, very little grains ( staying away from wheat all together) and treating myself on Sundays with some wine and dessert. RDI 1500. I exercise 6 days a week (spinning, elliptical, jogging, weights)
