Good Morning, FS Warriors! Nothing earth shattering to report here. Ran 3.0 miles yesterday, and again this morning. Down a pound from last weigh-in, but should be more. I haven't been a real good boy. If it wasn't for the running, I'd have probably shown a gain. Been eating out way too often. I try to curb my indulgences, but I don't try real hard. :D I've got to take this more seriously. I know I need to be watching my sodium intake, but watching it is depressing, and difficult, especially when you are eating out often. The pre-packaged stuff is insane. Memorial Day weekend coming up. Car shows, carnivals, ceremonies, and lots of junk food: HooRah! Well, I won't bore you any longer. Toodles!
