fell off the wagon. Lots of sugar, wine, gelato... feeling awful. I just can't get the hang of maintenance. It's on or off. I've avoided recording my meals because they've been so bad. And now I'm going to spend this week without gluten or sugar... to try to recalibrate and recover. ugh. Not going near the scale till Friday.

Im glad ya were honest about were your at ,it well help ya get to were ya want to be , this is a one day at a time deal and and way to learn to Love yourself more then every ,, never beat yourself up or ya may turn to food for comfort no good find all the good stuff ya do and focuse on that ,, that will be your diving board for more fabulous you <3 have a blessed evening God bless ya very much sweet dreams <3
