Pre-dinner weigh in of 216.6 was not too bad considering I ate an entire medium thin crust pizza at a business lunch. That was 1500 calories alone and I topped out at a little over 2000 for the day. Will push my adjustment day forward one day. Body fat numbers getting back to where they should be with the normal hydration levels.
