Held on to 158 over the weekend. Whew! I did get a sneak peak at 156.7 so I know the next pound or two will come off soon.
I have not been very good about my stretches and meditations. My shoulders are tight and last night I had terrible heartburn for the first time in ages. My body is very loudly reminding me of what I need to do.
