Stupid 8 AM rule. I'll make another day on my final loss, maybe two. MrsMole is holding my feet to the fire. I just want to say publicly what a great support she has been to me. I threatened to end my diet, but then I remembered the 8 AM rule. No ending a diet until the next morning. What a stupid, ridiculous, perfect, frustrating rule! I PMd her and told her I would end my diet at 8 AM if my weight was below 165. Well guess what. I weighed in at 165.0 :( On the upside, and it's really all upside for me, I lost another half inch around the waist. Oh, and, yes MrsMole - I know the carb addict hasn't left and he is lurking in the shadows, but thanks for the reminder. We are definitely addicts but it's a little different than most addictions. Can you imagine a reformed smoker staying reformed if they had to have 5 cigarettes a day to live? I'm glad you all are here to support me and each other. Have a great day.
