Okay, I know that is only one lb., but actually that was a weigh in that I did on Tues. the 30th. I will try to spend some time on this today and then weigh in tomorrow morning after my 3rd day of Fat flush/South Beach dieting with no real cheats to speak of. In fact, I haven't been eating enough which can be just as bad. But, I've had no hideous cravings and I've been working like a dog at work for 7 days straight so it will be interesting to see what my weight is. I already feel soooo much better.

172.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
