OK, back from a fun Christmas party at which I ate lots of crazy party food and sweets. It's my indulgence day and I hit about 2500 calories. Will not make my full l6 hour fast tomorrow as my sister is in town and we are meeting her and her boyfriend for brunch at 10am. Will cool it for the weekend after that. Back to fasting a bit on Monday to adjust back to my 1300 calorie average (up to 1460 after the party).

Glad you had a good time, don't I always say, time and time and time again - live is for living, this is a journey (actually you said that :), and we will get there eventually. So enjoy your brunch with your sister, life and family is so damn precious, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy and when you are on your regular routine next week you can rock the heck out of fasting and be right back on track.
