Things I did not eat this week:

Monday, the coffee cake brought into work by the lady in the office next to mine.

Tuesday, the cinnamon bread whose smell was wafting through the office all morning long as everyone was toasting and buttering it.

Wednesday, the freshly baked (in the office!) lemon coconut cookies.

Thursday, waffles, seriously someone brought in a waffle maker and made waffles in the cubicle right outside my door.

Friday, after my physical, I did not stop at the coffee shop for breakfast, but instead swung back home really quick for toast and coffee.

Perhaps I shouldn't think of this as dieting, but as avoiding the plethora of temptations around me! I did pretty darn good this week.
