Doing good right now. Have a mini trip coming up tomorrow so will be on the road, spend the night and come back Monday. I am used to fixing my own meals a lot now, especially my Ole Low Carb Wraps with sauteed veggies. They have really helped me a lot. Tomorrow will be a challenge but will do good. I have too. I want to get below 180 so bad.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
