Starting again today. One of my friends is going to lose with me, so I will have a diet buddy. Hoping that helps me stay on track. Going back to the Rapid Fat loss for another 5 pounds to start. I think it will take me 4 weeks so June goal is 5 pounds down. We will see. I already don't want to do it. Hope you are having a good weekend!
