It was an OK week. I worried I was overeating too much last week. It went better this week only one day with overeating. I am happy with that. Today on mother's day I hung out with my daughter, made breakfast, went for a walk and made supper. Had ribs and cream cheese clouds. It was great. Nice day. Saw some nice prairie crocuses but no baby goslings yet
I did not get to my exercises ... have to do double tomorrow think Tonight is 90 days fiancee... mom and daughter time LOL
