Keyton, I soak the chicken breasts in saltwater for at least an hour to make them more tender. Sprinkle with garlic & herbs, brown in EVOO in the iron skillet then cook for about 20 minutes at 400° in the oven. I spread a tblsp of buffalo sauce on & broiled for about 4 min. Then I put about 1/2 tblsp more sauce on & sliced. They turned out really well!

That looks amazing! I gotta try that, but I’d use spinach instead of lettuce. More nutritional value with Spinach.
