Woke at 219.2, down .4 from yesterday. That's a nice bonus as yesterday was an eating day, but I was successful in flushing out the bod. Taking a rest day from working out. I'll do that on Sundays. I think we are going to go down and get my daughter's former roommate and move her in today. She lost her job due to the coronavirus and we've got a spare room. She can do the job search from here. Not looking forward to a big moving day, but that will count towards some exercise. UPDATE: Got home at around 7 and I weighed in. Got to 218.4 after plenty of carrying stuff downstairs and packing it into my van. Bonus!
