I couldn't log my weight or make a journal entry yesterday. I kept getting error messages on my computer. My Grandson, Cade came home from the hospital yesterday. My Wife spent the night over the parents house supporting them and may stay a few days. I have been fending for myself but it's not a problem. I need a break from her good cooking. I'm doing OMAD today because my activity has been down and I haven't been to the gym lately. I'm concerned about going to the gym because I'm a member of the at risk group due to my age and health concerns.
Yesterday I at 100% of goal, exceeded my protein goal but did not meet my activity goals. BF down 0.3%
