Intermittent Fast (IF)Day 1...I made it 25 hours. Yay! So, I broke my fast with a half a cup of asparagus steamed in Kerrygold butter, 1medium tomato with pink Himalaya salt, and 2oz. Smoked sausage. I am pleased. Tomorrow morning I will get to the gym, for my 45 minute workout. All of us, here in Fatsecret, have our own personal weight issue; hence, the word "Personal!" Remember this, no two people lose or gain weight identical! So, take this journey your way whether it be low carb/high fat, calories in/calories out, long hours in the gym or a short walk around the block! It's your personal journey.
