Woke at 225.4, down .8 from yesterday. Fasting until dinner. UPDATE: Got a 223.6 weigh in before dinner. Finished the amazing mushroom smothered pork and a bag of broccoli and cauliflower. A Premiere Protein drink with some prebiotics in it finished me off right at my calorie target of 960 for today. One more day of that and then we go back to 1525 calorie OMAD dinners.
