Woke at 235.9, up 5.1 from yesterday after a huge buffet dinner and cake and ice cream last night for a friend’s birthday. Driving six hours back home today so light fare on the road. UPDATE: Made it back to 232.8 before dinner. Had some chicken, a slice of sharp cheddar, and a bottle of wine. Yes, you read that right!
