Got into a bad eating habit and bored with the dieting routine and took a break from it, but finally got my wake up call at 171.4 lbs, bad routine took its toll the party is over; all you can eat buffets, fried foods, excess consumption but now back on track. Cut my fat and grease down, less protein, cut back carbs plus no all you can eat and lost 5 lbs in just 3 days. feel much better too on cutting my caloric consumption in half, I realize the importance and science of caloric restrictions it actually feels bad at first but eventually makes me feel much more alive energetic better and well. my theory about dieting we go parabolic in our caloric consumption over an extended lengthy period of time and where weight loss fails is most people cannot overcome or break the caloric habit and the pain associated with caloric restriction intake reset. read that rats and mice will eat to their death because of the dopamine addiction effect in the brain. Decided that I don't want to eat anymore restaurant foods either because I don't know what I'm eating fat and calories lol! Going to weigh in later today hopefully I'm down to 165! Was getting tired of looking at my weight chart going up for last 3 months time to see it slope down for once! Does anyone know if there's a seasonal affect related to weight gain seems late spring may to mid summer august caused me to gain weight?
