A dilemma: what kind should I make?? Just standard old fashioned or something specialized? I cooked 18+ hard boiled eggs tonight. I have an over abundance of eggs right now from my chickens. I am planning on making 18 deviled eggs to take to work on Friday so 36 halves.

Lucky coworkers. Have you seen those recipes for different ways to make deviled eggs fillings like avocado or bacon etc. Including the recipe here if you're interested. https://tasty.co/compilation/deviled-eggs-4-ways

I have. Considered avocado but all the ones avail were rock hard. I experimented with some with a buffalo chicken filling--good but more chicken would have been better. Made just regular ones with some topped with chopped cook bacon. I like BLT ones but no fresh homegrown tomatoes yet.
