Friday: Worked last night but didn't quite make it to 10,000 steps, just 9,269 steps, 3 floors, 6.2 kms, and 2,173 calories. I ate 1,313 calories. Working again tonight, but steps should be way up, as we are having a sale and that always means busier than usual. Will try to have a big lunch, and salad as usual at work.
