Lokidixon's Journal, 28 February 2019

Through a combination of bad eating, lack of exercise, and serious denial, I have managed to not only reverse years of hard work and periods of decent moderation but also flipped some kind of hormonal switch, apparently, because over the last few weeks, I gained several pounds - and not all that surprisingly feel like crap. Something's got to give. I'd rather it not be my health. So here we go again. Time to start making smart choices and logging food and exercise.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
