Sometimes I'll react to a food trigger compulsively, almost without thinking. I just went to the break room to get some water and there was a tin of Moose Munch dark chocolate popcorn. Impulsively, I grabbed a piece of chocolate covered popcorn and tossed it in my mouth. Then I bit the crap out of my lip, looks like somebody punched me. Serves me right!

It's crazy, isn't it, how mindless we can be about eating. I don't think you deserved the lip bite but maybe it will help remind you to think when eating. Kind of an electric shock therapy. The way technology is going I'm thinking I should check into something that zaps my fingertips whenever reaching for food.

Ouch, sorry you bite your lip so severely. One piece of chocolate covered popcorn is not bad.
