I made zucchini noodles today! It was super easy and makes a perfect low-calorie, low-carb, FILLING side dish.

Thanks guys! Here’s how I made it: 1. Cut the ends off of one zucchini. 2. Spiralize (I used a small handheld spiralizer) 3. Lay the noodles out on paper towels to soak up water 4. Sauté in a pan with a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder - I let mine cook for at least five minutes, stirring them up occasionally. They got very tender and shrunk a lot. 5. Add Alfredo sauce 1 tbsp at a time until you have the sauce:noodle ratio you like (2tbsp was perfect for me) and a little bit of Parmesan, and it’s ready!

I was hesitant to make them after I had some awful zucchini noodles at Red Lobster last year. But I’ll be making these often now that I know!
