This is why it's bad for me to wait until late in the day to workout. I'm going anyway.... **Lazy Bones" Trying to drum up some energy....
ETA: I worked out at home instead of going to the gym, I burned 550 calories using my new Reebok step and some weights. Yay me. It's not the workout I planned but it was waaaaaaaaaay better than nothing.
