Happy Thanksgiving! Woke at 226.2, up 2.2 from yesterday. Drank a lot of red wine last night and went over on calories. I will eat significantly more than I burn today as I do a true cheat day in accordance with the 4-Hour Body book. I hope you have a warm and wonderful Thanksgiving with your families and friends. UPDATE: We had a fun houseful. Emily, her friend Jones, Jason, Denise, me, my old friend Dennis, and my sisters Judy and Nancy from Ohio plus Judy's boyfriend Bill. Great day and just now coming out the food coma! I snacked all day and had a massive dinner, plus a piece each of several types of pie. Definitely did the cheat day thing. Going to be nice to visit with my sisters for two more days. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
