*headdesk* despite working out yesterday I ended up eating on the run and destroyed any dieting efforts for the day. Starting over today.

This is the trap I feel like many people fall into, too. "Oh, I only had a hot dog and five cheese sticks for dinner". When you say it like that it doesn't sound like a lot, but those five cheese sticks have as many calories as my typical breakfast!

Luck chica! I fight that on-the-go meal a lot. Which reminds me, I've gotta start making my meals a week in advance again...
