I broke my fast at 16hr 30min. My husband wanted to go to Zaxby’s so I got 5 hot wings and two plain chicken fingers. Yeah fast food isn’t that healthy but at least this was low carb with plenty of protein.

I did some cardio while watching the Panthers game and ended up logging about 4 miles for that workout.

I’m going back to eating at home tomorrow, and daily workouts.
