My husband was home from work all week and I allowed myself to have fun and eat whatever I felt like. I was still exercising but not that strictly. Back on track starting today, I had some snacks after lunch but closed my eating window around 4. Tomorrow I’ll continue fasting as long as I can, and also exercise.
