I caught myself starting to eat when I wasn’t truly hungry, and cut off my eating window. That was at about 1:30pm so it was earlier than usual and my stomach can definitely tell. Going to bed a bit hungry feels so much better to me than going to bed full though.

I’ve been drinking so much water lately, I keep hoping I’ll flush out a bunch of water weight. It hasn’t happened yet though.
