Today started out badly. I woke up and ate a huge bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Then I had leftover pizza (1.5 slices) and 2 cheese sticks for lunch. It was roughly 1200 calories in total already, so I started my fast after lunch in disgust.
I walked a little over 2 miles during the kids’ tennis lesson. Then I did some running in place, and side stepping across my house, since I was so close to my 5-mile and 12,000-step goals. I’m ending the day with 5.53 miles, and I usually have around 2 if I’m feeling lazy.
So it averages out to a decent day.
