What ways of eating have been most beneficial for you when you have a cold? I’ve read that some people fast through it, while some stop fasting for the duration of the cold and focus on eating nutritious foods for energy. I’m coming down with a cold and curious what I should try to feel better faster.

I have zinc and vitamin C supplements I plan to take, as well as plenty of water.
