Strengths yesterday:
-stayed 99% on plan for meals/snacks
-walked while the kids were in class, about 30 minutes
-short aerobic exercise (15 min)
-said no thanks when someone offered me a brownie and cupcake

Weaknesses yesterday:
-didn’t eat enough at dinner (no appetite)
