Got a full power chain on my braces this afternoon, just snuck in some dinner but my mouth hurts soooo bad :( hoping my teeth adjust quickly. hit the gym after work, 30min on an elliptical, 60 on the treadmill. may take some Tylenol and crash, 3:30am comes early.
