Early am. The scale is still at 136. Will be headed outside by 9 as I slept a little late for me. Reading cookbooks again instead of playing stupid computer games is a step getting back into where I should be. Too many dishes I would like to try that will work into my WOE. I'll start some chicken stock later today; one of the stores has chicken legs or thighs for 69 cents a pound. Will freeze most of it in ice trays so it's handy to use; cheaper and tastes better than buying those boxes in the store.
Am working on food for next week and a grocery list over my coffee this morning. Most shopping will get done tomorrow, with Father's Day tomorrow the stores will be crowded today. The weekly frig cleaning was yesterday. I do have some lentil curry I need to freeze but may make that into veggie burgers as they are so handy. I tend to do that with soups and stews that make more than I plan.
