FINALLY I'm starting to drop some weight. this has been 4 years of pure hell. I think I just needed to see Dr Fung again in my YouTube feed to remember what you do. I've been able to do KETO low carb but always felt like crap. I never got that energy boost. it sucked the life out of me. this time I'm focusing on the fast window to keep my insulin down. less about perfect no carbs, more about that insulin level. cutting calories has hurt me. I hope I can fix my body. Turning 50 in June and I WILL BE 183 by then. I WILL I CAN I MUST!
