Checking in. Fitbit on. Maybe to the gym today, maybe walking. I have time at lunch for either. Spring fever is in full swing: my birds are molting and needing attention so I feel motivated to get the dining room in order.
Visiting my sister Saturday, probably should do something with Mom on Sunday! Maybe my daughters will be available for brunch or something so we can get all of us together with their grandma.
I keep thinking it's the next day - yesterday I thought it was Wednesday, today I woke up worried about all the things I have to do on Thursday. So good to have that "extra" time now that I realize it's only Wednesday!
My friend just had a stent put in yesterday due to arterial blockage - more motivation to eat healthy and get exercising!
