We offer two pathways to support healthy, sustainable weight management:
Medically supported care: After a clinical assessment, a registered medical practitioner (GP) will discuss suitable options and, if appropriate, may recommend a medical treatment as part of a broader plan. You’ll also receive nutrition and behaviour-change support from our team. (Treatment decisions, including any prescriptions, are at your GP’s discretion.)
Coaching only: If you prefer a non-medical approach, our coaching focuses on sustainable nutrition, lifestyle change and healthy habits. Our nutrition professionals will guide you through a personalised plan.
Yes. Nutrition Coaching for Weight Loss can be used on its own or alongside medical care if your GP considers a treatment appropriate. With the guidance of experienced professionals, you’ll receive:
- Personalised meal plans and strategies for balanced eating and portion awareness
- Support to identify and address challenges (e.g. emotional eating or cravings)
- Ongoing check-ins to track your progress and keep you motivated
If you’re in our medically supported program, coaching is included to help build habits that support long-term change.
All medical care is provided by registered medical practitioners (GPs). As with any treatment, there are potential risks and side effects and outcomes vary. Your GP will explain potential benefits and risks and will monitor your progress. Suitability for any treatment is determined after an assessment of your medical history, needs and clinical circumstances.
Timeframes vary by individual goals and progress. We’ll agree on a plan that prioritises steady, sustainable progress and review it regularly. Through regular check-ins, we’ll track your results, adjust when needed, and provide ongoing support.
When clinically appropriate, combining coaching with a medical treatment may help with biological drivers of weight management for some people. Coaching builds the daily habits, skills and mindset that support long-term change. Your GP will discuss whether a treatment is suitable for you.
