Yogurt Protein Parfait

Yogurt with protein powder, berries and almonds.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt with protein powder.
  2. Stir in blueberries.
  3. Sprinkle with almonds.
  4. Note: I use vanilla flavored protein powder, so if you use plain powder, you might want to add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a Splenda packet. You can also use different berries or nuts, depending on what you have around.
