I really enjoyed this recipe! Reading other comments, I rinsed the meat in hot water to decrease the greasiness, and it was perfect! I also added onion as suggested.

Used lots of onion powder with the meat. Topped with mustard and pickles. Very good but a bit high in calories/fat for my taste. My husband liked in the low carb wrap as one other reviewer suggested.

Awesome recipe! So quick and easy. I didn't have any cream so I melted some cream cheese instead. Also drained a small can of diced tomatoes and mixed it in with the cheese and ground beef. Yummmmmm!! Thanks for sharing this, I will definitely make this often!!

My 16 year old loved this recipe. She is trying to eat fewer carbs and this was a winner, both for carb count and taste. Will keep it in my recipe box. I used ground turkey, onions, lite mayo, lowfat half-n-half, with a squirt of Dijon mustard.

This is an AMAZING recipe!! I prefer mild italian sausage with half the recommended amount of mayo. I nearly ate the entire dish it was so good!! Very tasty!!!

Simple dish, much like a breakfast casserole. Could be as versatile as you'd like. Added to Mu cookbook, thanks!

I was slightly disappointed as it did not taste like a white castle burger.
