Warm Lamb Salad with Black Olives
Quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a large non-stick fry pan cook lamb until brown and cooked as desired.
- Slice lamb and combine it with garlic, vinegar, oil and olives in a large bowl.
- Heat butter in pan and cook asparagus, capsicum, mushrooms, stir until asparagus is tender.
- Add to lamb mixture in the bowl and toss gently.
- Serve lamb mixture with rocket.
- Note: you can use lamb cutlets, chops or fillets.
