Walnut Coleslaw

Crunchy and fresh, this salad of sprouts and walnuts is a delicious twist on the more traditional recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine the cabbage, sprouts, walnuts, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Serve immediately.

mayo not allowed in fat flush, neither is salt, pepper, balsamic, mustard unless fresh, and not too sure about the walnuts.
