  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour into 4 ramekins (small ceramic bowls).
  3. Bake in 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 20 minutes.

Sounds pretty good, but the carb count could be lowered with the use of Stevia, instead of Splenda

lots of fat, but the protein content, defintely commensates in the place of fat.

Great way to get calcium and satify a sweet tooth as well. I make it with Stevia instead of chemical sweetner.
