Turkey Sausage & Zoodles

Vegetable noodles in a turkey sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook turkey sausage over medium heat or on a George Foreman (lightly spray George Foreman with PAM so that the sausage doesn't stick to the grill plates and crumble).
  2. Next, toss the zucchini noodles into boiling water for 4-6 minutes. Remove after this time.
  3. Place tomato sauce in a large skillet, cook over low heat. Once sauce is warmed, add noodles.
  4. Slice your cooked sweet Italian turkey sausage and add to skillet.
  5. Cook for 1-2 additional minutes, remove from heat and serve.
