Directions

  1. Add two cups crushed ice to blender.
  2. Add sliced banana.
  3. Add flax seed.
  4. Add mango.
  5. Add papaya.
  6. Add almond milk like Almond Breeze.
  7. Mix on liquefy for 3 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
