Trail Mix Sandwich

An easy, yummy vegetarian sandwich.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
  2. Thinly slice apple, slice banana and layer on top of your peanut butter.
  3. Sprinkle with granola and enjoy.

Reviews 
Granola is my downfall. The fat and sugar content in it makes it a no-no. Then there's the 2 slices of bread. This is something I would definitely avoid. I would say that this would be fine in Phase 3 but not Phase 2 unless you are really disciplined.
