Tomato Dill Shrimp Stew

Tomato based shrimp stew with a bit of a kick.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, dill, mustard and honey.
  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, feta cheese and parsley and simmer for five more minutes.

this is a really tasty and attractive dish. I was more generous with the tomato sauce and feta because i didn't want tiny leftovers. I took the tails off and chopped up the shrimp. it does not taste like diet food, hooray!
